ScopeChange is a document preparation and productivity tool. It helps freelancers and small studios draft change orders, optional statements of work, and unpaid-invoice demand templates. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Output is a business form you control. Laws and contract norms vary by jurisdiction and industry. For significant disputes, consult a licensed attorney where you work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts, dates, scope language, and any message you send to clients. Do not misrepresent ScopeChange output as attorney work product.
A one-time purchase unlocks paid features for your browser under our unlock cookie (about 400 days). You may generate documents for your own business or clients. You may not resell the software, scrape it, or mass-produce third-party letters as a service using our unlock.
No fraud, false statements, harassment, or illegal content. No using the tool to threaten violence or commit crimes.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE IN THE PRIOR 90 DAYS.
